MODERN PASTA LABORATORYOur laboratory is equipped with new technology, advanced machines, but the tradition in our laboratory continues, with the nutritional and taste needs of our time, without diminishing its timeless value.
Every day in us you will find traditional handmade wheat trachana (bulgur), as well as a wide variety of pasta such as lasagna, noodles, triveli etc. We make lalangia and sesame mani bun with pure olive oil.
Also, in our store you will find a sheet of crust puff pastry, kadaifi, cheese pies, sausage pies, ham pies, spinach pies, bougatsia and individual air bougatsa.
The raw materials we use for the preparation of our pasta are the A and the Z in the composition of the nutritional profile of our pasta. All the raw materials come strictly from local producers in our area, because our first concern is the quality of our pasta.
